Bound in quarter morocco over marbled boards, spine with gilt lettering and ornament, with printed paper label on the front cover "Atlas historique de A. Lesage". The Comte de Las Cases first published his historical, genealogical, chronological and geographical atlas in 1802, under the pseudonym A. Lesage.
